A hundred companies are running AI agents built on our platform. The use cases we didn't anticipate are the most interesting ones.
One hundred live agents deployed on AskMeEvo. The number surprised me — we hit it three weeks ahead of plan.
The use cases we designed for: customer support, internal knowledge base, sales qualification. These are running. Fine.
The use cases we didn’t design for: a logistics company using an agent to answer driver questions at 3am. A school using one to help students navigate course registration. A family office using one to answer common LP questions.
The product is proving to be more horizontal than I thought when we built it. That’s usually a good sign at this stage. The risk is we try to be everything to everyone and end up building features for the wrong people.
The discipline now is: celebrate the 100, then immediately figure out which 20 of those agents represent the core use case we should double down on.
