Grasperly launched Enterprise tier

First enterprise contract signed. SSO, SCIM, custom SLA. It took six months longer than I wanted.

We signed our first Enterprise contract on Friday. SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, custom SLA.

It took six months longer than I thought it would. The product was ready before we were organizationally ready β€” we needed a proper procurement process, a security questionnaire that didn’t embarrass us, and a CSM who had actually worked with enterprise customers before.

The lesson: enterprise readiness isn’t a product feature. It’s an operational posture. You can’t sprint to it in the last two weeks before the deal closes.

The contract value is meaningful. More meaningful: we have a repeatable path now. The second enterprise deal will take three months, not six.
