We hit 200 paying teams. The churn rate is the most honest signal we have right now.


Two hundred paying teams. I remember when we celebrated ten.

The number that matters more: monthly churn is 2.1%. That’s on the high side for B2B SaaS. It means something in the product isn’t sticky enough for the segment we’re acquiring. We know what it is — onboarding is too long and the first “aha moment” comes too late.

We have two hypotheses for the fix. Running both in parallel this quarter. The one that drops churn below 1.5% wins and we double down.

The temptation when you hit a milestone is to celebrate the milestone. The discipline is to look at the number that tells you what the milestone is hiding.
