Why I'm tearing down the React SPA and starting over with Astro.
The old site was a React SPA. Fast to build, slow to load, invisible to search engines and LLMs. Starting over.
The new stack: Astro 4+ (SSG), Tailwind, React islands only where needed. Every page server-rendered. Full semantic HTML. Targeting Lighthouse 100.
